Exhibition hall in Sanxingdui Museum

The Sanxingdui Museum is located in the northeast corner of the Sanxingdui Ruins, a national key cultural relic protection unit. It is located on the banks of the Yazi River in the west of Guanghan City, 40 kilometers south of Chengdu and 26 kilometers north of Deyang. It is a modern thematic ruin museum in China. The Sanxingdui Museum has two exhibition halls with a display area of nearly 12,000 square meters.

The Sanxingdui Museum integrates multiple functions such as cultural relic collection and protection, academic research, and social education. It collects and displays over a thousand precious cultural relics, including bronze, jade, gold, pottery, bone, and other artifacts unearthed from the Sanxingdui Ruins and the first and second Shang Dynasty sacrificial pits within the ruins.
